"I will say THANK YOU many times over to Jamie for helping us get through the Claims Department's system. Motorhome accidents are handled differently than auto accidents and I found myself not understanding various steps. Jamie stepped in and pushed to get this claim listed as No Fault...when Claims had assigned Fault to the accident. Jamie also kept me in the loop, answered my questions, and was very patient when explaining the reasons. I fully appreciate the time and effort he put in on our behalf."

"My State Farm agent recently retired and transfered my multiple motorcycles, autos, and home insurance over to Jamie Bowman State Farm. Since then I have needed assistance several times and their help was seemless...like I had always worked with them. I want to give kudos to Kristy and Adam who are professional and knowledgable and got the job done for me without any difficulty. Also, thumbs up to Britney who connected me to the others without delay. It's often hard to find professional response from anywhere anymore. I will be staying with Bowman State Farm."

"Update: My account landed at this agency when my prior agent closed business. it's not clear from the agency or State Farm how that happened. The prior agent and corporate shorted my refund on canceled policies when I switched to a competitively priced carrier. Initially there was no followup, but after learning of the Google review, the agency was quick to respond and indicate that the matter is being addressed."

"Kevin, I appreciate you notify my agency but because you cancelled your policies in March your policies never actually made it to my agency. Your prior agent is working on this. I am sorry you are not happy but my office never received any money from you and is still working hard with your former agent to make sure everything is handled. We take pride in making sure all of our customers, current and former are well taken care of. I can also see that you were notified that a refund check has already been mailed to you. Not sure why you felt compelled to post this to my business page when you were never a client of mine but appreciate the opportunity to respond to it. "

"I went in to sign up for life insurance with Jamie and Laura. When they sent a doctor out to my house, the doctor found out that my blood sugar was dangerously high. I was not issued a policy, but because of this experience I was ultimately diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and my blood sugar is much lower already. Jamie and Laura might have saved my life, and I’ve been told I can reapply once my diabetes is fully controlled."
